Job Responsibility /Description :
- As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations within an establishment, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction. A food and beverage manager will also take responsibility for the restaurant quality and all the event that need be supervised. Especially, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks:.
- Overseeing and coordinating all F&B activities, including food service, bar, events, room service, and catering.
- Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain efficient and effective F&B operations.
- Monitoring inventory levels, ordering supplies, and managing stock to ensure adequate availability while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
- Supervising F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, chefs, and support staff.
- Collaborating with chefs to develop innovative and appealing menus that meet customer preferences and dietary needs.
- Planning and coordinating events, functions, and catering services, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
