Job Responsibility /Description :

  • Oversee and develop the strategy and management of the online store.
  • Supervise daily sales promotions operations and aftersale services.
  • Manage team performance and maintain partnerships with relevant third parties.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve traffic quality and acquisition.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and technologies to enhance website performance.

Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelors degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of PPC SEO social media display and affiliate channels.
  • Excellent team management analytical organizational and coordination skills.
  • Confidence in developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of UX web design customer flow and web analysis.
  • Proficiency in traffic analysis reporting tools and optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with attribution modeling website speed optimization A/B testing conversion management and sales journey optimization.
  • Strong command of English is required.
  • Willingness to be based in Pantai Indah Kapuk North Jakarta.
