Job Responsibility /Description :
- Meet or exceed sales targets and support team goals.
- Enggage leads via phone, email, chat, and more.
- Build rapport and convert leads into sales.
- Present products in the showroom as needed.
- Overcome client objections to facilitate sales.
- Maintain records in the CRM system.
- Help develop strategies to optimize lead conversion.
Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:
- Extensive inbound sales experience via phone, email, and chat.
- Experience in inbound sales within the wellness, luxury products, or related industries desired.
- Proven track record in converting warm leads.
- Excellent sales ability in English and Indonesian.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Client Relation Management system.
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
