Job Responsibility /Description :

Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:
- Proven track record of successful leadership in the algorithmic trading or financial technology sector, ideally in a senior management role.
- Strong understanding of algorithmic trading, financial markets, and related regulations.
- Exceptional strategic planning and execution abilities.
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with risk management and compliance best practices.
- Strong team-building and leadership capabilities.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, business.
- Relevant certifications such as the CQF cerification are a plus.
