- You will reporting to the F&B Supervisor,
- you will be a part of professional team member in the Food & Beverage Department,
- providing the highest level of service, which is unique and personal, and supporting the team to achieve outstanding performance, consistently.
- You will greet guests and assist them fully, serving food and beverage to the highest of standards.
- You will accommodate all guest requests in a timely fashion and actively seek opportunities to build rapport with guests in order to create a memorable experience, by anticipating individual needs, exceeding expectations and following company standards at all times.
Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

- • Demonstrate a good knowledge of the local area and continually update knowledge of the latest trends.
- • Be pro-active in your approach to the job and work within the specific standards and procedures. (e.g. introduce yourself to guests, use their name and interact on a personalised basis).
