Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

  • Have in-depth knowledge and passion for the start-up technology ecosystem in Indonesia, with strong track records and a network within the hospitality, tourism, or F&B businesses.
  • Excellent English communication in both verbal and written is a must.
  • Other requirements include:
  • • At least 8 years of management experience in B2B2C environments, preferably in OTA, Hospitality, Tourism, or F&B Industry.
  • • Exposure in business development or client-facing roles is ideal.
  • • A Master's degree or MBA from a top-tier business school is optional, but a Bachelor's degree in a related field is a must.
  • • Ability to front meetings and deal with C-level decision makers from across industries.
  • • Strong resilience with excellent influencing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • • Ability to set clear measurable objectives, delegate responsibilities, assess, recognise, and reward performance.
  • • Drive and hunger to achieve results, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • • Independent, self-starter, detail-oriented, highly organised, with initiative and the ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • • Excellent business acumen, analytical skills , and willingness to be hands-on and work within tight deadlines.
  • • High commitment, confidence, motivation, and flexibility.
