Job Responsibility /Description :

  • Update and maintain the organization's structure, including employee function and organizational charts.
  • Review employee costs, and track yearly changes in headcount (additions and reductions).
  • Handle and analyze HR data, both numerical (e.g., employee data) and non-numerical (e.g., job descriptions).
  • Track and manage the job descriptions of multiple employees to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in HR-related projects with the Group, providing support from an HR data perspective.

Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

  • Fresh graduate, last-year student, or undergraduate with no remaining classes to attend from any major.
  • Willing to do hybrid arrangements: WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) in Setiabudi area, South Jakarta.
  • Experience in data analysis, particularly in HR Analytics or Organizational Development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for basic data processing.
  • Basic understanding of English (written and verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
