- Live Video Monitoring:
- - Continuously monitor live video feeds from multiple locations to detect suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards.
- - Ensure all cameras are functioning correctly and report any technical issues immediately.
- - Respond promptly to incidents by alerting relevant personnel and/or authorities per established protocols.
- Video Editing:
- - Edit, compile, and transfer video footage for incident reports, investigations, or training purposes.
- - Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in video editing tasks.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- - Generate detailed incident reports that include video evidence, time stamps, and narrative descriptions.
- - Maintain accurate records of all incidents and actions taken during shifts.
- - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly summary reports as required.
- Communication:
- - Provide clear and concise updates on ongoing monitoring activities and incidents.
- - Use phone to dispatch for events and respond to inquiries via phone or email.
- - Communicate effectively via email with team members, supervisors, and external stakeholders.
- - Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on improving monitoring processes and protocols.
- We work from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Central Time. There are 3 people on the team who work in shifts.
Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

- Technical Proficiency:
- - Utilize monitoring software, video management systems, and video editing tools with high proficiency.
- - Stay updated with the latest technology and industry best practices in video monitoring and security.
- Qualifications:
- - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security or video editing preferred.
- - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- - Good spoken and written English.
- Desired skills:
- Physical Requirements:
- - Ability to sit for extended periods while monitoring video feeds.
- - Good visual acuity to accurately monitor video footage
- To work you need to have your own equipment (The company pays compensation for the use of your equipment)
- - Processor (CPU): Intel Core i5+
- - Memory (RAM): At least 8GB, but 16GB is preferable for smoother multitasking
- - Graphics (GPU): Integrated graphics can suffice for basic monitoring, but a dedicated GPU like NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 or better is recommended for higher quality and multiple camera feeds
- - Two widescreen monitors
