Job Responsibility /Description :

Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

  • Minimum 2 years of culinary education or relevant education background for the position.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Discipline, able to work in a team or individually.
  • Advanced knowledge of food professional principles and practices.
  • Proficient in human resources management, including staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Excellent knowledge of Back of House (BOH) systems, including ordering, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
  • In-depth understanding of Food Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Profit & Loss (P&L) reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with kitchen staff, management, and other departments.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work on-call, including shifts, after hours, weekends, and public holidays as required.
