Job Responsibility /Description :

  • Recruitment & Hiring:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Manage onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and training to start their roles.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, conflicts, and grievances.
  • Mediate disputes between employees and resolve workplace issues.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement activities.
  • Training & Development:
  • Organize staff training sessions, workshops, and certification programs.
  • Track employee progress and development through regular feedback and performance reviews.
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate necessary training to address these needs.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and attendance.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle payroll processing in collaboration with the accounting department (if needed).
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in creating and implementing performance evaluation systems.
  • Track employee KPIs and help managers with performance improvement plans.
  • HR Policy Development:
  • Develop and implement HR policies that are in line with company goals and Indonesian labor laws.
  • Regularly update the employee handbook to reflect current policies and legal requirements.
  • Employee Benefits & Welfare:
  • Manage employee benefits programs such as health insurance, leave entitlements, and other perks.
  • Promote work-life balance and employee well-being initiatives.
  • Compliance & Safety:
  • Ensure workplace health and safety standards are maintained and employees are aware of safety procedures.
  • Organize safety training sessions and keep records of certifications.

Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience (1-2 years) in an HR role preferred.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain employee relations.
