Job Responsibility /Description :

  • Assist in the design and production of digital and print marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, ads, banners, social media graphics, and web layouts.
  • Collaborate with senior designers, marketing teams, and other departments to develop creative concepts and visual solutions.
  • Ensure that all design outputs meet the brand guidelines and reflect the company's visual identity.
  • Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders and senior designers.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and software advancements to bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Support the creation of mockups, presentations, and other visual materials as needed.
  • Manage and organize design files and assets in an efficient and accessible manner.

Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch).
  • Knowledge of printing processes and production.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Ability to take direction and implement feedback in a constructive and timely manner.
  • Basic knowledge of web design principles (experience with HTML/CSS is a plus but not required).
