- Logistics Coordination: Manage logistics operations, including the creation of shipment labels using Transmart and coordinating shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
- Shipping Knowledge: Assist in researching and understanding shipping options within Indonesia, supporting our expansion plans for local deliveries.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team to ensure stock availability for upcoming shipments.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on logistics metrics, helping to identify areas for improvement and streamline processes.
Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in logistics, data processing, or a related field, preferably within e-commerce or retail.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with computers and various software applications; experience with Transmart or similar logistics software is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
- Understanding of Shipping: Familiarity with shipping processes and logistics within Indonesia is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is an advantage.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.
