- Hire, recruit, train, and handle conflicts and client complaints with ease and professionalism.
- Provide excellent customer service (creating an experience) by greeting and assisting customers, and excellent floor leadership skills—own and manage the floor.
- Ensure effective communication flow throughout business, ie clients, staff and management.
- Promoting a positive brand image within the spa and in the community.
Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

- Minimum three years relevant managerial experience working in a supervisory/management role within the spa/wellness industry.
- Graduated from relevant education and certified.
- Strong leadership, communication skills, customer service experience in retail stores a bonus.

- Lead by example with customer service at your core, and resolve challenges with professionalism.

The ideal candidate will report directly to the Owner and will be responsible for the day to day activities of the spa to ensure an impeccable customer experience.
