Job Responsibility /Description :

  • Pre-Sales Support
  • - Provide demonstrations for Esko's software products, including ArtPro+, Deskpack, Automation Engine, Imaging Engine, and WebCenter, combining in-depth product knowledge with compelling sales arguments and user benefits.
  • - Conduct basic onsite/classroom training sessions for customers in Southeast Asia, related to Esko Software products
  • - Assist in training for demonstrators and Sales Managers.
  • - Perform benchmarks and create sample kits for sales teams and customers.
  • Post-Sales Support
  • - Install and configure our application software.
  • - Help customers resolve application issues, enabling them to deliver consistent quality while reducing costs and time to market.
  • - Instruct systems operators and dealers on the usage of our software.
  • - Drive digital maturity at our customers by advising on best practices and optimizing their workflows with Esko solutions.

Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

  • Experience in the printing/packaging industry is a plus.
  • Diploma or degree in related disciplines (preferably IT or graphic arts).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in both Mac and Windows tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills, sales-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Passion for packaging technology and the ability to deliver high-impact demonstrations, presentations and customer trainings.
  • Self-motivated with a drive for self-learning and staying updated with industry advancements.
  • Customer-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Desirable Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in application/pre-sales support.
  • In-depth knowledge of pre-production in the sign/display/packaging industries.
  • Knowledge of CAD and CAM products in the sign and display market segment.
  • Experience with ArtiosCAD and i-Cut suite of products, or a strong CAD background and the ability to be trained on these tools.
  • Experience in digital finishing and wide format printing.
  • Familiarity with various material substrates.
