Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and recruiting top talent.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for private equity or venture capital portfolio companies is a big plus.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting in Australia and/or New Zealand is a big plus.
  • Marketing experience is a plus.
