Job Responsibility /Description :

  • Customer focused:
  • - You play a pivotal role in optimising the customer experience, and building a deep understanding of our customers.
  • - You work with internal product and delivery teams to ensure the right customer problems are front and center.
  • - You create compelling user stories that support our teams building the right things for improvements and growth.
  • Analyse:
  • - Lead discovery and scoping sessions and interviews to determine IT business requirements and then translate such into specifications for technical stories and features.
  • - Assist in business Change Management activities.
  • - Develop and implement inspection activities, the detection, and resolution of problems.
  • - Work with Engineering to ensure requirements have been met and features are delivered to the right level of quality.
  • - Build a deep functional and technical understanding of our products and leverage that knowledge when building new solutions.

Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

  • 5 years of experience in business / technical analysis and design, ideally within the financial services industry or SaaS.
  • Worked in a fast-paced environment within cross-functional teams, balancing priorities with getting things done.
  • Experience of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience with solutioning REST API interfaces along with implementing complex integrations.
  • Understands and has experience designing API, json and writing Swagger specifications.
  • Supported leading end-to-end delivery of features from analysis to production.
  • Developed strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Built strong knowledge of software development processes, procedures, limitations, and challenges.
  • Honed your analytical skills and are able to translate complex problems into stories that make sense.
  • Ideally have exposure to complementary skills in software development or QE/QA .
