Job Responsibility /Description:

- Point of Sale (POS) Duties:
- Accurately input all sales transactions, services, and product details into the POS system.
- Ensure accuracy in pricing and item descriptions within the POS before completing transactions.
- Process payments, including cash, credit, and debit transactions, through the POS system.
- Reconcile POS records and cash drawer at the end of each shift, preparing daily transaction reports.
- Update inventory in the POS system as needed to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Invoicing and PPN Tracking:
- Generate and issue invoices for services or products, ensuring item descriptions, pricing, and PPN are accurately applied.
- Track and document PPN (Value-Added Tax) on all invoices, ensuring compliance with applicable tax regulations.
- Maintain organized invoicing records, including PPN details, for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to resolve any discrepancies related to invoices or PPN.
- Customer Service and Communication:
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers regarding their accounts and billing inquiries.
- Address any payment or billing disputes with patience and professionalism.
- Communicate with customers in English, both spoken and written, regarding invoices and payments.
Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

- Education:
- High school diploma required; a degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in cashiering, invoicing, or accounting roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems, PPN tracking, and invoicing principles is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-volume transactions in a fast-paced environment.
