- Strategic Leadership
- - Develop and implement business strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and profitability.
- - Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring the financial health of the villa complex.
- - Coordinate with the marketing team promotional efforts to enhance the villa's brand and increase guest bookings.
- - Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and other key stakeholders.
- - Ensure the villa complex complies with local laws and regulations, as well as hospitality industry standards.
- Operational Management:
- - Oversee all day-to-day operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, front office, guest services, and food and beverage (if applicable).
- - Ensure that the villa complex consistently delivers high-quality service and maintains high guest satisfaction ratings.
- - Manage and train staff, creating a positive and productive work environment.
- - Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure the villas are always in excellent condition.
- - Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Financial & Administrative Duties:
- - Manage operational budgets and control expenses to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
- - Handle contracts and relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
- Staff Leadership & Development:
- - Working with HR, Recruit, train, and manage staff across all departments, ensuring high performance and retention.
- - Conduct regular performance reviews and develop career growth plans for team members.
- - Ensure that the villa complex has adequate staffing levels to meet operational needs.
Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a operations managerial role within a luxury hotel, resort, or villa complex. Experience in villa management is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required.
- Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and best practices.
- Proven financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to guest service and operational issues.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and handle unexpected situations with grace.
- Familiarity with the Bali tourism market and local regulations is a plus.
