  • Strategic Leadership
  • - Develop and implement business strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and profitability.
  • - Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring the financial health of the villa complex.
  • - Coordinate with the marketing team promotional efforts to enhance the villa's brand and increase guest bookings.
  • - Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and other key stakeholders.
  • - Ensure the villa complex complies with local laws and regulations, as well as hospitality industry standards.
  • Operational Management:
  • - Oversee all day-to-day operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, front office, guest services, and food and beverage (if applicable).
  • - Ensure that the villa complex consistently delivers high-quality service and maintains high guest satisfaction ratings.
  • - Manage and train staff, creating a positive and productive work environment.
  • - Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure the villas are always in excellent condition.
  • - Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Financial & Administrative Duties:
  • - Manage operational budgets and control expenses to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
  • - Handle contracts and relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
  • Staff Leadership & Development:
  • - Working with HR, Recruit, train, and manage staff across all departments, ensuring high performance and retention.
  • - Conduct regular performance reviews and develop career growth plans for team members.
  • - Ensure that the villa complex has adequate staffing levels to meet operational needs.

Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a operations managerial role within a luxury hotel, resort, or villa complex. Experience in villa management is highly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and best practices.
  • Proven financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to guest service and operational issues.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and handle unexpected situations with grace.
  • Familiarity with the Bali tourism market and local regulations is a plus.
