  • 1. Melakukan verifikasi pengeluaran, memproses pembayaran kepada vendor sesuai approval pejabat yang berwenang & memastikan pembayaran diterima oleh vendor.
  • 2. Melakukan verifikasi dan memproses reimbursement karyawan
  • 3. Mengajukan master supplier
  • 4. Mengelola petty cash & kas logistik
  • 5. Membuat laporan pajak
  • 6. Melakukan proses pengarsipan & penyimpanan sesuai SOP
  • 7. Memastikan pengiriman dokumen ke kantor pusat sesuai dengan mekanisme & deadline
  • 8. Melaksanakan closing transaksi keuangan akhir bulan sesuai deadline sehingga pelaporan valid & tepat waktu.

Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

  • 1. Pendidikan S1 Akuntansi
  • 2. Menguasai Microsoft Office
  • 3. Memahami Accounting Cycle, Tax, Finance, Audit dibidang Manufaktur
  • 4. Memiliki pengalaman dibidang Accounting minimal 1 tahun
  • 5. Jujur, Detail Oriented, Good Communication & Coordination
  • 6.. ⁠Dapat mengoperasikasn sistem oracle menjadi nilai plus
