  • Planning & Budgeting
  • - Develop detailed implementation plans and budgets aligned with provincial work plans.
  • - Prepare monthly activity forecasts and identify resource gaps for collaboration with government and other stakeholders.
  • Monitoring & Reporting
  • - Support the implementation of monitoring frameworks and tools at the subnational level
  • - Provide regular analysis, reports, and updates on program delivery, expenditures, and challenges.
  • Partnerships & Coordination
  • - Liaise with provincial/district governments (e.g., BPBD, BAPPEDA, DISKOMINFO, DINSOS P3A, DPMD DUKCAPIL) and key partners (MDMC, LPBI NU, PMI, local CSOs).
  • - Supervise sub-grant implementation, ensuring compliance and quality delivery.
  • Evidence & Learning
  • - Collaborate with the KPL team and PPO to develop accessible evidence databases for internal and external stakeholders.
  • - Identify challenges in implementation and propose context-relevant solutions.
  • Program Support
  • - Integrate GEDSI and CCA considerations across planning, implementation, and reporting.
  • - Provide operational support to ensure efficient program delivery and alignment with donor policies.
  • Communications & Knowledge Management
  • - Contribute to program communications and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • General Duties
  • - Prepare program updates, reports, and budget reviews.
  • - Participate in team meetings and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

  • Required Qualifications
  • - The position is open to Indonesian nationals, preferably based in Bali Province, with the following:
  • - Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • - Minimum 10 years experience in program/project management in development or humanitarian sectors.
  • - At least 5 years in DRM related field
  • Technical Skills:
  • - Strong understanding of Disaster Risk Management (DRM), with knowledge of the DRM context in Indonesia preferred.
  • - Excellent communication, writing, and analytical abilities.
  • - Proven coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • - Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.

About Palladium Group, Inc.

The Australia-Indonesia Partnership in Disaster Risk Management (SIAP SIAGA) is funded by the Australian Government's aid program and implemented in cooperation with the Indonesian government. Initially designed as a five-year program (2019–2024), it has been extended for two years (2025–2027). The Program builds on previous achievements to improve Indonesia's ability to prevent, prepare for, respond to, and recover from disasters, while strengthening cooperation between Australia and Indonesia on regional humanitarian issues. In Phase 2, SIAP SIAGA will further promote the implementation of GEDSI principles and converge Climate Change Adaptation (CCA), Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into Disaster Resilient Village (DRV) implementation.
