Job Responsibility /Description:

- Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers
- Sending the availability of accommodation or transportation to supplier/hotels
- Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations to hotel/supplier
- Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process
- Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation
Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

- Minimum 1-2 Years' experience as reservation, data entry, or related area experience.
- Fluent in English written & Spoken
- Good numeracy skills
- High attention to detail
- Good understanding of reservations processes and procedures
- Familiar with OTAs, B2B, Extranet
