Job Responsibility /Description:

- Work with hotels, transportation, and suppliers to make bookings as per client requests.
- Ensure accurate data entry for all bookings and handle any changes, cancellations, or amendments.
- Coordinate with other departments to guarantee smooth service delivery.
- Manage pre-payments and work with the Accounting team for clients without credit arrangements.
Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- - Diploma, S1, or D4 degree in any field.
- - 2-3 years of experience in a related position, such as travel designer (inbound) or inbound tour specialist.
- - Strong understanding of the responsibilities in this role.
- Required Skills:
- - Proficient in Microsoft Office
- - Strong English skills (written and spoken)
- - Knowledge of Indonesian tourism products
- - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- - Service-oriented with strong administrative and teamwork skills
- - Attention to detail and good negotiation abilities
- - Current Bali residents are strongly preferred.
