Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

- 1. 3+ years of experience as BA in banking industry
- 2. Experience in identifying and documenting user's business/functional needs
- 3. Strong analysis skills comprising demonstrable experience of all aspects of analysis such as business process modelling, use cases/user story writing, data modelling
- 4. Experience of working with waterfall (mandatory) and agile (optional) methodology
- 5. Experience in Wealth Management system and/or Loan system
- 6. Excellence written and verbal communication
- 7. Flexible - keen to learn new technologies and to extend business domain knowledge
- Note:
- This position is with contract 6 months extendable under Accord Innovations
- Willing to work on Banking Project
- Fully WFO in Jakarta are
- Banking industry is a mandatory requirement, other industry will not be proceed
