  • 1. Teaching Responsibilities

  • Implement differentiated instruction strategies to support diverse learners.
  • Integrate research-backed, innovative teaching methodologies into the curriculum.
  • 3. Academic Leadership & Teacher Mentorship
  • Provide mentorship, training, and classroom support for teachers within the department.
  • Conduct lesson observations, offer constructive feedback, and help teachers enhance their instructional methods.
  • Lead professional development initiatives to keep the team updated on best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative teaching environment, encouraging shared learning and peer support.
  • 4. Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring
  • Develop and implement assessment strategies that align with the school's holistic student evaluation approach.
  • Ensure assessments emphasize conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and application rather than rote memorization.
  • Analyze student performance data to inform instructional improvements.
  • 5. Collaboration with Leadership & School Development
  • Work closely with the Principal and other department heads to shape the school's academic direction.
  • Act as a bridge between teachers and school leadership to communicate challenges and successes.
  • Contribute to school-wide initiatives that enhance student engagement and academic excellence.
  • Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Subject Specialization, or Curriculum Development.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or curriculum development role.

  • Expertise in curriculum design and innovative teaching methodologies.
  • Leadership and mentoring abilities to support fellow educators.
