Job Responsibility /Description:

  • Data Collection: Research and compile corkage fees and wine-related policies from multiple F&B venues in Bali, including restaurants, hotels, and event spaces.
  • Data Validation: Ensure the accuracy of collected data by verifying the information through phone calls, emails, or in-person visits to venues.
  • Data Entry & Organization: Input the collected data into the mobile app development system, ensuring proper structure and easy accessibility for app users.
  • Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with our app development team to ensure data is being correctly integrated into the mobile application.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on your progress in data collection and share insights or challenges encountered during the process.

Job Requirement / Minimum Qualification:

  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key in collecting and entering data effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable contacting venues via phone, email, and making in-person visits.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile apps (Google Sheets, Google Forms, or similar tools) and eager to learn more about app development and data integration.
  • Interest in Wine & F&B: A passion for wine and an understanding of the local F&B scene in Bali are highly desirable.
  • Proactive & Independent: Ability to work autonomously, solve problems, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Team-Oriented: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to engage with cross-functional teams, including developers and other interns.
  • Own Laptop: Must have a personal laptop for completing tasks and data entry.
  • Internship Requirements:
  • - Available for a 3-6 month internship (full-time, 5 days a week).
  • - Must be based in Bali or willing to relocate.
  • - Open to students or recent graduates with a background in relevant fields (Hospitality, Business, Information Technology, or similar).
  • - Access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license may be necessary for field visits.
  • - Must own a personal laptop for completing tasks.
